Special thanks to John P Speno. He suggest that I should try ifconfig.
Sorry for the repeating mails to John P Speno, There was something wrong with my
mail!! When I sent out to you, it said can't send message please try again. I
didn't know so I just sent to you again and again.
Won't happen again.
I did try ifconfig and it works fine but when I reboot, IP is set back to
netconfig.

My original message was:
Hello,
In 5.0, I can't set IP with 0 or 255 values.
With
X.X.X.0 and X.X.X.255 No one would use them (net addr. and broadcast addr.)
0.X.X.X and 255.X.X.X They are reserved
But
X.0.X.X , X.255.X.X , X.X.0.X ,and X.X.255.X there must be someone using them.
Why netconfig can't?
For example, My ISP uses 203.145.0.1 to be a name server (you can ping this IP)
but I can't set my machine to 192.168.0.1 I don't know why.
Any help? I will summarize.
Thanks
