ES40 TOY problem

Dear managers,

I have a ES40 system (DU 4.0F) which was recently installed. The system
gives the following message during bootup.

"Warning : TOY clock battery is dead "

We have replaced the battery twice but the problem reappears after a few
days when we reboot the system.

Has any one experienced this kind of probem.
