Thanx for the replies and the concerned well wishes....don't worry I
will be making a complete backup first.
The short answer is No, if you use UFS you can not repartition on
the fly.
If you use advfs and have the advanced utilities license you can add
the partition to an existing domain. Not possible in my case.
