Cluster Environments with Workstations

I have spare [Microway] LX164 workstation machines that I would like to
put to use. The motherboard is Compaq/DEC with an Alpha 667Mhz
processor.

I would like to utilize a cluster environment and am interested in
finding out if anyone has tried the TruCluster Production Server
software on a workstation class machine {or on these, in particular}.

Concern has been expressed that the TruCluster software was designed for
servers and may not load/run properly on a workstation. My thought is
that if the firmware is DEC and up-to-date and the machine is already
running Tru64 Unix, is there any reason why the TruCluster software
wouldn't work, as well?

The environment:

2 LX164s
2 Memory channel cards and cables
1 4-port SCSI hub
1 storage pedestal
5 18Gb drives
TruCluster Server Software
LSM License
Tru64 Unix
Firmware Compaq/DEC 5.5 {included with Tru64 Unix license}.

I appreciate any input. Thank you.
