Dear Managers,

I've tried to compile mysql 3.22.32 on a DEC3000/300 running True64
Unix 4.0d and got following error:

gmake[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/mysql/mysql-3.22.32/strings'
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I./../include -I../include
-D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -O6
-DDBUG_OFF -c strxmov.c
In file included from
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/alpha-dec-osf4.0d/2.8.1/include/pthread.h:333,
                 from ../include/global.h:51,
                 from strxmov.c:16:
/usr/include/c_asm.h:193: parse error before `asm'
gmake[2]: *** [strxmov.o] Error 1

Can anybody help me?

It's not suitable downloading contributed binary because I *must* use
Hungarian sort order.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,
