HSZ70 compatibility with newer/larger Compaq drives

We are looking to expand our storage capacities on one of our alpha 4100's.
It has an ESA10000 storage cabinet attached, with 2 HSZ70 controllers in
redundant configuration. We currently have a mixed 4.3GB and 9.1GB drives
(in different RAID configs) in the cabinet. They all work fine. I am looking
to replace some of the 4.3GB drives in the cabinet with larger ones. Looking
at Compaq's web site, I found the drives that I'm interested in.

36.4-GB Pluggable Wide-Ultra SCSI-3 10,000 rpm [159138-001; DS-RZ1FC-VW]
18.2-GB Pluggable Wide-Ultra SCSI-3 10,000 rpm [380589-B21; DS-RZ1ED-VW]

Before purchasing them, I want to find out whether if my HSZ70 controllers
will support them. However, even after surfing for a few hours on Compaq's
site, and the list archives, I was unable to find any information on HSZ70
compatibility with newer drives. I'm guessing that my controllers need to be
at a certain firmware level, and here's what I have on both HSZ70's:

HSZ70 ZG81713714 Firmware V71Z-0, Hardware H01

Any information will be greatly appreciated. Will summarize.
