Six months ago I asked:

I received no replies. After much back and forthing between Axent
Technologies (the company that Compaq sold AltaVista security products to) and
Compaq, I finally was able to get technical support. It turns out that there
was a post-SP4 patch that allows Tcl/Tk to work on Tru64 UNIX 4.0e and 4.0f
