Digital server 53xx suitable for Tru64 Unix?

Dear Managers!

I was offered 2 Digital servers 5305 run under NT 4.0 so far. Is there
any chance to have these machines resurrected under Tru64 Unix? Or is it
true what rumours are saying: The migration path is NT4.0 -> Linux. Any
help is appreciated!
