More than 640x480 with Tru64 UNIX 5.0?

Hi,

I've just installed Tru64 UNIX 5.0 on my PWS 500au and all I can
get from the X server is a 640x480 resolution. If I try to
change the /usr/lib/X11/xdm/Xservers file that way:

:0 local /usr/bin/X11/X :0 -screen0 1280x1024

the X server tells me:

Illegal -screen0 option; using default 640x480

The funny stuff is that this works fine with another PWS 500au
but equiped with an Elsa Gloria graphics board (mine is based on
a Cirrus Logic chip). Works also fine on old DEC 3000 and
AlphaStation 200.

Open3D is gone with Tru64 UNIX 5.0 so what should I do to get a
decent X resolution?
