Dear managers!

Thanks to all who responded.

The plain and simple answer (as Bryan Lavell put it) is: NT only,
period.

In the meantime I had been given the opportunity to check out myself.
The machine HAS an SRM console, which CAN be upgraded to a higher
version, the machine BOOTS the Tru64 V4.0F CD-ROM but finally crashes
with a double exception.

So, the PW433a approach (announced for NT and after upgrading the
firmware supported for Unix and VMS) doesn't work this time.

Maybe I'l take a closer look at Linux.

Regards

Peter
