Advfs taking a long time to mount.

Some file domains seem to take a inordinately long time to mount (5
minutes)

This doesn't seem right...

While they are being mounted the following command appears in the process
list, in uninteruptable sleep state:-

advfs -F 16384 vgr1a#repos7 /usr/var/ase/mnt/vgr1/repos7

There is no documentation (that I can find) about this command.

This domain is 45Gb - we have larger (~700Gb!) domains that mount in
seconds, and on the same system other 45Gb partition mount in sensible
time frames.

Any one know what might cause this or how to fix it?

Regards,

Jonathan
