[Q] Remote backup

Dear Gurus,

The DLT unit that is hooked to my 2100 server (TU 4.0E) has suddently
broken.
Fornunately, I have another DLT unit onto a Sun machine (Solaris 7)
nearby.

I know that it should not be a problem to remote-dump the alpha server
onto the Sun DLT, but I would prefer to be sure that I have the correct
commands or script at hand...

Could you please take the hand of a poor plain simple-minded biologist and
tell him how to do?
