Is Tru64 5.0 Binary compatible with 4.0F ?

I'm considering upgrading form 4.0D to 5.0 on a couple of clustered systems.
I have some software ( network/sockets and Oracle/Pro*C ) that I would like
to know if I would
need to recompile after moving the OS from 4.0D to 5.0 on two AlphaServer
1200s.
Just what differences with 5.0 will impact my 4.0D software ?

Also, what is the version of TruCluster that I would run on these servers ?
1.6 ?
