LSM and 4.0f

Greetings,

Having a strange problem with LSM on 4.0f with current patch
kit. volinstall will install the needed entries in /etc/inittab
and also creates a few of the necessary "vol" files, but it does
not create /dev/vol, and therefore it fails to start LSM upon
reboot. Any ideas about this one?
