Kerberos5 and dtlogin

Dear Tru64 Managers,

we are running Kerberos V on DEC Unix 4.0e and are expecting to upgrade to
Tru64 5.0 soon. Currently, we are using a self-compiled kerberized xdm for
interactive logon. This works, but I don't really like it.

I would rather like to use the dtlogin login manager (the one that pops up
after a fresh installation) for interactive logon, because it integrates
besser with CDE, has those nice language selection menus, and does not show
some of the bugs that our self-compiled xdm shows.

As far as I understand it is possible to have dtlogin use PAMs (pluggable
authentication modules) for authorization. The question is: Is there such a
module for Kerberos 5, or if not, where can I find documentation on how to
write and integrate such a module for dtlogin?

Regards,
