telnetd: All network ports in use

        Hi managers,

        I have the following message when I try to connect with
telnet to a remote alpha :
        telnetd: All network ports in use

        If I try to do it with rlogin, I get :
Out of ptys: Error 2rlogin: connection closed.

        Is there a way to increase the ports or ptys ??
