voluntary context switches

Hi, a quick one:

Is it correct to suppose that "voluntary context switches" (ps -onvcsw) is
equal to the amount of system calls issued by the process and that

"involuntary context switches" (ps -onivcsw) is the number of times the
process was preempted.
