Subject : SWCC211 Agent problems

I installed StorageWorks Command Console V.2.1.0.155 on my NT machine and
Agent 2.1a build 45 on 3 of my production machines (2- 4100, and 1-8400).
After setup I have no problem performing functions remotely on my HSZ50 and
70's attached to the machines. I chose email notification to a group email
account and I set up the clients as

hostname|1|2|

or hostname, configuration and status, notification via TCP/IP socket

well, occasionally I get the following 4 email messages per interface.

1 ST EMAIL

level: -1); connection refused

End Of Automatic Message.

3 RD EMAIL

4 TH EMAIL

This is an automatic message from your StorageWorks
RAID Agent. The following message was just received.
Please check your syslog files and RAID box!

Hostname: xxxxxxx

WARNING: Socket error - gethostbyaddr(): Error 0 occurred. (SP_SOCKET:
socketAccept)

End Of Automatic Message.

NOTE:(XXXXXX is the my edit, the hostname is left out for security reasons)

Checking the syslogs I see the same as the email messages. I thought that
my setup of the host.ini was wrong. In particular the choice of TCP/IP
notification. I edited the hosts.ini file on one of the 4100's and ps -9
steamd. It respawned as it should but I still get these emails. Then I ran
the config script and verified that the values were listed as
Hostname|0|1| no notification.

Is there anyone who has seen this?
