EIA Network Card on 4.0F (cannot see or configure)

Does anyone know what these errors and how to fix on 4.0F:

1. vmunix created FRU table binary error log packet
2. PCI device at bus 1 slot 6, function 0 could not
    be configured.

   (PCI device is an eia network card, system cannot see it)
