C++ test coverage/memory leak tools for Tru64?

I've had a request from one of our users for test coverage and memory leak
detection tools for C++ development on Tru64 Unix. Not being a C++
programmer, I have no idea what's available or what works well.

He's using Tru64 4.0F, with both the Compaq cxx and the g++ from gcc
2.95.2. We are willing to consider both free and commercial tools.
