sendmail Cannot mail directly to programs

        I am receiving message "Cannot mail directly to programs." when
forwarding mail to procmail. Our /etc/shell file and file permissions look
ok. We have sendmail 8.8 and Tru/64 V5. I have noticed others have had the
same problem but no answers were posted.
