dump and 5.0A

Hello,

We've just recently done a clean install of 5.0A and noticed both a /dev and
a /devices directory. Doing a dump to /devices/tape/tape0c rewinds as
expected when it finishes, but a dump to /devices/ntape/tape0c also rewinds.
Is this a bug in dump, or are we still supposed to use /dev/ntape/tape0c for
no-rewind devices?
