My question was if I would have to install a patch kit
in order to obtain support for "ee" network interface, or
if I would need to go to TU4.0G.
What I needed to do was to install a "New Hardware Distribution"
kit. I found "nhd-V1_1-r7_h1", as Tom Blinn directed me to get
the NHD2 kit (the above was the only available).
As Marco Paccapeli said: "Strange procedure but works"
I had to generate a bootable CD-ROM, then boot the poor system on
that one and have a really weird conversation with whatever was on it.
At a certain time, it seemed as it just kept running the same setld
installation on and on and on but I should just keep my hands off
and it would terminate OK.
