Original question ,
How to determine what RAID H/W (Model number ..etc) is installed on an
AS4100 DU4.0E and also what level its configured to ?

Answers from replies,
1- If by shutting system down to the console prompt type the following
command.
# P00 >>> show config |more
# show dev

2- If you can not take the system down you might be able to find out with
either
# scu show edt
# more /var/adm/messages

3- You can use /usr/sbin/sys_check to create a complete configuration
document for the system. See the sys_check manpage.
You may also use dia and sift thru the 110 record. There are some
indications of what hardware is used in the
boot messages.
