Good news is - There's a big list of Resellers below!
Bad news is - New hardware for the OEM channel will be slow!

_____________________ORIGINAL POSTING__________________
Does anyone know of a listing of Alpha OEM resellers or good/bad experiences
with same? I have a PC 164LX system that is running flawlessly and I am
thinking of getting a second system with a faster CPU and more memory. The
MB & CPU setup for the 164LX is for 1 GB (max) RAM and the 21164 CPU at
approx. 600MHz. Now with the 21264 the speed is increased as well as being
able to add a second CPU and the memory can now go to 2 GB.

An ancillary query would be whether or not changes to current OEM offerings
might be in the works from COMPAQ? For example; Will a faster CPU or
different Motherboard capable of holding more memory be available through
OEM channels in the near future?

____________Comments about Resellers__________________________
(1)
I have a PC164LX, that I had custom built by Aspen
Systems. They were extremely helpful and very
knowledgable in the setup. They also provide excellent
tech support. I would recommend them for any custom
built alpha configuration. They spend a lot of time
testing out new OEM parts from API/Compaq and are
extremely knowledgable about clustering.
