File Size too big.

Digital Unix 4.0D

On boot up we get an error message that says 'Sysconfigtab: File Size too
big some paramaters may not be loaded"

I ran some tests and indeed some of the ones I added by hand to the end of
the file are not loading.

Any ideas?
