Hello,
as I have discovered the most likely reason for a corrupt filesystem
are either the system brought down the wrong way, or a hardware failures.
AdvFS is a reliable filesystem type, as there are a few commands, you'll
see with #man advfs , which are giving you a small chance to fix
corruption's.
