It mentions in the man pages for fstab, a mount-option for
an advfs filesystem of 'directIO'.
This option isnt mentioned in the man pages for 'mount',
neither can I find any reference to it in the AdvFS Admin guide.
If I mount an advfs filesystem with this option enabled, there are
no complaints, but a subsequent listing the mounted filesystems
doesnt show it as being mounted with the option enabled.

To me, it implies that I/O to this filesystem will bypass the
UBC and go direct to disk. Does anyone know for sure?

Cheers,
Terry.
