tz887 loader fault

hello managers,

i have a tz887-NT DLT library and after a slot 0 load command (a brand
new DLT tape) the OCP indicates a "loader fault error" and lights slot 0
and 6 leds, "tape in use" on .
to clear this drive fault, according to the owner's man. ,after the
load/unload command or eject the OCP disables this commands and lights
only density select.

any idea would be appreciated.
