hello managers,
I have a tz887-NT DLT library and after a slot 0 load command (a brand
new DLT tape on the initial working library) the OCP indicates a "loader
fault error" and lights slot 0 and 6 leds, "tape in use" on .
To clear this drive fault, according to the owner's man. , after the
load/unload command or eject, the OCP disables this commands and lights
only density select (instead of clearing the error) and no any other
commands available.
after a cold restart, and the key in "manual mode"( as the others modes
), the OCP indicates "drive fault",etc, but after "unload" the unit
freeze .
did anyone know what should I do ?
any idea would be appreciated.
