SCSI Error messages - Bus Reset

Can anyone help me understand the meaning of these error message that show
up in /var/adm/messages ?

Is it a HBA problem, Drive problem or external Controller error? How do I
interpret these messages?

(This is happening daily and many, many times!)

If more information is needed to solve this please let me know and I will be
more than happy to provide it.

I am running a PC 164LX with Tru64 v5.0a
My Hardware
 - 2x Dual-Channel IntraServer Ultra Wide SCSI HBA's (ITPSA)
        Inside...
         - 3x 9GB Ultra160 drives on the inside
         - 1x 18GB UW
        Outside...
         - 3x External RAID boxes (One with 2 channels)
