Can anyone help me understand the meaning of these error message that show
up in /var/adm/messages ?
Is it a HBA problem, Drive problem or external Controller error? How do I
interpret these messages?

(This is happening daily and many, many times!)
If more information is needed to solve this please let me know and I will be
more than happy to provide it.

Inside...
- 3x 9GB Ultra160 drives on the inside
- 1x 18GB UW
Outside...
- 3x External RAID boxes (One with 2 channels)
