can't use tcp/ip connect with SWCC 2.1

Hi -

We have an RA3000 connected to a DS20E Tru64 4.0F box. We've loaded
StorageWorks Command Console 2.1 Client onto an NT4.0 box and we've loaded
the 2.1 Agent onto the Unix box. When we try to connect the client to the
agent via tcp/ip (i.e. -- add a system) we get a message:

Access denied. You do not have permission to access the host.

When I configured the Agent I entered a password for the subsystem but
there's nothing in the client that allows me to enter a password. I also
configured the Agent to allow access from the client (my desktop) I'm
working on. I also added an entry for the client in the /etc/hosts.equiv
file but to no avail? The documentation (such as it is) doesn't address
client to agent 'permissions'.

Any thoughts?

Thank you!
