Max Shared Memory on DU4.0x

What is the total SGA size that a Tru64 Unix 4.0x system for an Oracle
7.3.X database can support? Is there any limit or is the limit a
physical limit do to amount of real memory available?

 We have a SGA 4GB , using gh-chunks. OS allocates shared memory in 2GB
chunks under 4.0E. Believe this is due to a System V limitation.
