*PROBLEM*
When attempting to convert from BASE to ENHANCED security using
'secconfig', it aborts with the following error (presumably from
'convuser'); "PUTPRPWNAM: root: Function not implemented"
*SOLUTION*
I needed to clean-up a bit more thoroughly, namely;
Uninstall the two ENHANCED (C2) packages, remove all traces of the 'tcb'
directories (in /, /var and /usr) and then reinstall -> secconfig(8) works!
The same problem was also experienced by Neil Fulton <fulton_at_misu.nodak.edu>
who suggested roughly the same clean sweep method. Thanks.
