UPDATE!: How do I get the SIPs for KZPBA-CB cards?

  I'm putting this request on hold until I can get time to get back out
and double check the two KZPBAs in one of the servers. I've got a hunch
that I pulled the wrong one (old one on a Y-cable arrangement) and not the
new one I had installed.
