Secure terminal session.

Hi managers

I am investigating the possibility of using secure session between our Tru64 Unix 4.0F and networked pc's using telnet or any other terminal emulation.

I think using the ssh from the server side is not enough, My question is:-

How can I implement that requirement ?
 
what exactly I need to install in both sides (server and client) ?
