Installing the patch kit.

Ok, so I'm a fool.
I was installing the latest patch for v5.0A Tru64 and TruCluster (rolling).
I made a mistake at the setup stage, saying I was upgrading the software,
which I only noticed after trying to run the postinstall script.
I rolled back postinstall, preinstall and setup.
Then removed the tag files.
Then realised I'd actually left the patches in there.
So, now, when I run clu_upgrade to get the status it says:
There does not appear to be a cluster upgrade in progress.

Great, thought I. So I tried running clu_upgrade setup 2
egg:/# clu_upgrade setup 2

This is the cluster upgrade program.
You have indicated that you want to perform the 'setup' stage of the
upgrade.

Do you want to continue to upgrade the cluster? [yes]:yes

*** Error ***
It appears that a previous upgrade did not complete successfully. Check
the cluster upgrade log and refer to clu_upgrade(8).

That's what I got.
Oops, I thought. Does anyone know how I can resolve this, and re-patch
things?
I think I'm in quite a lot of trouble now.
Any ideas more than welcome.
