Problem with directories ownership when restoring with tar

Hello Managers,

I'm running DU 4.0D with patch level 7.

When I restore files with tar, the ordinary files ownership is correctly processed and the files belong
to their owners but all the directories and sub-directories belong to root.

Is it a known problem ? The patch mentionned in an other topic doesn't resolve this problem.
