FW: subscribing to the list

Pardon me folks but they just put me on a new Mail service, changed my
e-mail address and promptly lost ALL entries in my address book to include
the one or the Tru64 list.
  What is the process for subscribing again. I'll have to resubscribe in
order to get the e-mails.
