Hey peoples,
I am new to Alpha and am experiencing a little problem with a DS10L. I have the thing plugged into the serial port on my pc and am trying to use Hyperterminal for the console. When I power up the alpha it displays the post information to hypertermincal, but the when I try to execute any commands, it does not echo the characters on the display or perform the work. I have tried 'set console serial' and then 'init' from both hyperterminal and from a keyboard directly attached to the machine. Any tips, hints or solutions appreciated.
