Giving away compiled software

I need a consultation. We write and give away software of various types.
Generally, we give compiled PC and Mac versions and source for Unix.
However, more and more of the software is being written in F90, which
some places so not have installed. We were wondering if it would be legal
to give away (for free!) binaries compiled using the F90 compiler for
Alpha that we get from Compaq. Also, if anyone knows the same information
for Sun, we would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Cyndi
