Is there any software that would convert a ACT! .dbf file into a .csv format
that runs under unix,
and one that can be setup to run hands-free. That is we want to have someone
on a PC, email
the ACT! .dbf file to our unix system, which would then be fed into a
decoding program which
would then output comma delimited data that our database software can then
work with.
I'm looking for something that works specifically with ACT! format. If I
load the ACT! .dbf into
Excel, some of the fields have multiple pieces of data in them that ACT!
uses differently (I believe
it's a form of a mult-valued field).
Thanks
