Hi,
Problem: Is the libcurses.so library with version `osf.1' available
for Compaq Tru64 UNIX V5.0A?
Solution: It was part of the OSFOBSOLETE subset in the 4.0 stream, but has
not shipped with the 5.0 stream. Solutions are to upgrade the application
so that it uses the `xpg4' version of the library, or to copy the obsolete
library from a 4.0 box, which seems to work, but is, of course, unsupported.
Thanks to Dr. Tom Blinn and Pat Lampert.

> WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
> ===========================
> Pre 4.00D versions of Digital UNIX used the libcurses.so library with
