ORA-07337 smsmat: shmat error DU4.0f

Please send me resolution.
I'm almost certain its an alignment issue. I'm using
gh-chunks. I was running with 3.7g SGA. I want 8.5g sga. Can only get
4.8g SGA . Get the ora-07337 error smsmat shmat error unable to attach sga.
Segments must be divisable by
8388608, but how is this possible? I raised all parameters to 9g as before to
acquire 4g sga.

Running 4.0F gs140.
