Exception BOutOfMemory

Hello,

We have a billing application that crashes when billing large account
with the following message:

FATAL ERROR : Internal Error
caught execption in main(): Exception BOutOfMemory occured
/tmp_mnt/home/build2/bscs521_sim01.71


System is Tru64 4.0f, the shell is ksh.

I suppose that I have to change limit of process with ulimit command but
I'm not sure of the value to change:
data size, stack size, memory, vmemory???

Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
