SUMMARY: Replace KZPSA with KZPBA

Thanks to Bob McDowell for the reply.

Deleting the cluster member is not necessary when replacing the KZPSA with
KZPBA. However, a kernel rebuild is necessary. The additional procedure was
included to ensure a kernel rebuild will be done.
