     Thanks a lot folks! Looks like unless SAP is still working to certify
     4.6D with Oracle 8.0.6 and Tru64 UNIX V5.1, I am out of luck.

     Hi:
     I believe that you need to reverse the list.
     
     1. ask to SAP people which versions of Oracle database they have the
     product working.
     2. ask Oracle which versions if the previous version (from SAP) is
     supported under which versions of OS and which patchs they need
     3. ask Compaq for the OS version and configuration.
     
     The problem is that SAP certify their products over hte other
     products, thats the problem when you have a new OS but the database is
     not supported of the application that works over the database is not
     certified over that database.

     The Oracle and SAP I know are supported through 4.0G, 5.1 is new but
     we will be deploying 8.1.5.1 on 5.1.1 on a GS-160 next month.
