adding to swap by using a swapfile

Hi All,
We have a system which is struggling for swap space. It is running 4.0D, within
a TruCluster situation. The main member of the cluster is as dead as a door
nail.

Is there a quick, emergency method of increasing swap by using a swapfile? If
so, how do you do it?
