SUMMARY: Adding to swap by using a swapfile

Many thanks to those who replied, including Kjell Andresen, Larry Clegg, Colin
Walters,Mark Charlton and Knut Hellebo.

In summary, no version of Tru64 4.0 unix supports the addition to swap by using
a swapfile. The only method of adding to swap is to allocate a free (if you
have it) disk partition, using swapon.
