tcpdump help

Hello,

I am having trouble getting tcpdump to capture data other than RIP from my
routers. In particular I want to be able to see data coming into port 80
and it's responses.

Is there something specific that needs to be done to turn on that sort of
capturing? I already tried "ifconfig tu0 filter" and "ifconfig tu0 promisc"
